Problem
Løgismose wanted our help in migrating to another CMS that better met their needs. At the same time, they faced challenges in showcasing their vast selection of premium products without compromising the user experience.
Over time, the addition of numerous features and initiatives for the website had resulted in a fragmented and inconsistent browsing journey. This was diminishing the exclusive, high-end image they aimed to portray, and complicating the shopping experience for users.
Solution
We tapped into several user touchpoints and mapped out their journeys across the site, adopting a modular approach to ensure consistency. This would not only improve the experience, but also help Løgismose's editors when maintaining the site and creating new content.
We streamlined product cards, reducing clutter caused by varied product combinations and offers, thus providing users with a clear overview. Løgismose goes to great lengths to make sure their pages and products have rich information that guides the users in their shopping. Because of this, many of the content heavy pages, especially the product detail page, underwent a redesign to improve readability and establish a more editorial style.
Our revamped site structure now enables seamless product overview and navigation, allowing users to explore categories effectively. Additionally, we optimized the purchase flow, resulting in a smoother and less confusing experience for users.
